This is the configured cloud pipeline, not a per-stage trace. The page does not measure ASR, model, or voice latency, so it does not invent timing bars. Browser sandbox results are not used to answer your live conversation.
If something won’t connect
- “Blocked by client” or extension errors
- A browser extension or privacy rule may block a request. Try a private window with extensions disabled. This message alone does not identify which request failed.
- “Name not resolved” on a tunnel address
- The old manual-edge tunnel is no longer reachable. The customer conversation does not use it. The prediction sandbox runs locally in your browser and does not poll a tunnel.
- Dyx has not joined
- A connected room is not proof that the AI is available. Check the live pipeline tab for the room and agent states, then end the session and try again. Deployment, dispatch, and regional routing need a server-side check if this continues.
- No microphone or sound
- Allow microphone access for this site, check your input device, and use “Enable Dyx’s audio” if the browser blocks playback. You can also start with text.
Switching tabs keeps your session open. Use End session to disconnect. Never share access tokens from console logs.
